<br />.. <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meetinq <br />of the City Council <br />city of Arden Hills <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey county, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Ball at 1450 west Bighway 96, <br /> <br />St. paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the llL day of ., March <br />7:30 <br />at 8~.1 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Crepeau, Crichton, <br />Feyereisen, Wingert, Woodburn <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />, 1976, <br /> <br />Councilman Feverelsen <br />lution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following reso- <br /> <br />RESOLU'1'ION NO. 76 - 2 0 <br />APPOR'1'IONMEN'l' OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING <br />TO CONSOIoIDA'I'ED WA'l'ER <br />IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 68-2 AND 68-3 <br /> <br />BE 1'1' RESOLVED by the City council of the city of Arden Bills, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated water Improve- <br />ments Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 as adopted September 28, 1970, was filed <br />and certified to the county Auditor of Ramsey county, on october <br />28, 1970, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be <br />collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1971; and <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and reassess- <br />ments in respect to Consolidated water Improvements Nos. 68-2 and <br />68-3 was held on November 9, 1970, and on November 10, 1970, <br />assessments for Consolidated water Improvements Nos. 68-2 and <br />68-3 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date, to <br />be certified and filed in the office of the county Auditor of <br />Ramsey County, on December 10, 1970, and <br />
