<br />... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since November 10, 1970, a number of parcels of <br />property contained within said assessment roll as amended have <br />been divided and conveyed by a previous property owner: and <br />WHEREAS, the county Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br />apportionment of the original assessment against each original <br />tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made <br />by the city Council of the city of Arden Hills, in order that <br />the proper assessment can be extended by the county Auditor <br />against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an <br />assessment to be collected in the year 1971 and thereafter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City council of the City of Arden Hills <br />does hereby make the fOllowing apportionment of original assess- <br />ments as contained in said assessment roll of September 28. 1970 <br />and as amended as of November 10, 1970, against the following <br />described properties: <br />Resolution No. 12.:;1.0 Division No. 50673 <br />Name of Assessment: Consolidated water Improvements NOS. 68-2 <br />and 68-3 <br />Auditor's No. 843 DIP No. 64 <br /> <br />original Assessment Total Assessment <br /> <br />A) Shorewood Hills <br />Lots 11 and 12.
