<br /> ~;';'J;:';~ ~'-! -'7 <br /> t. <br />, I c &-e <br /> I 'J, ~ <br /> , <br /> e STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> AMENDED SPECIAL USE PERMIT--Case <br /> The undersigned, Clerk-Administrator of the City of <br /> Arden Hills, does hereby certify that this Amended Special Use <br /> Permit is granted pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance <br /> No. 99, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Arden Hills, in <br /> accordance with a public hearing duly held by the Planning <br /> Commission thereof on September 2, 1975 and subsequent approval <br /> by the Arden Hills City Council on September 8, 1975. <br /> Permission is accordingly given the applicant, THE <br /> PRESBYTERIAN HOMES OF MINNESOTA, a Minnesota non-profit <br /> corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Permittee", to develop, <br /> construct and operate upon the property hereinafter described, <br /> a geriatric care center and ten (10) townhouses for the elderly, <br /> along with appurtenant walkways and parking lot area, all in <br /> accordance with the various plans, drawings, renderings, pictures <br /> and documents as have been submitted to the City, dated <br /> August 19, 1975, have been reviewed, revised and approved by the <br /> Planning Commission after modifications made thereto by Herty, <br /> Elvig and Associates, the architects for the Permittee, dated <br /> September 4, 1975, and are on file with the Clerk-Administrator <br /> in the City Hall. <br /> e The property which is the subject of this Amended <br /> Special Use Permit is located at 3220 Lake Johanna Boulevard, <br /> is apparently owned of record by the Permittee, and is legally <br /> described as follows, to-wit: <br /> All that part of Lot 5, Section 33, Township 30, <br /> Range 23, according to United States Government <br /> survey thereof described as follows, to-wit: <br /> Beginning at a point on the west line of said Lot <br /> 5, 400 feet north of the southwest corner of said <br /> lot; thence north on the west line of said Lot 5 <br /> to the northwest corner thereof; thence east on <br /> the north line of said Lot 5 to a point where the <br /> said north line intersects the easterly line of <br /> said Lot 5: thence along the said easterly line <br /> of said Lot 5 to the intersection thereof with <br /> the northerly line of that tract or parcel of <br /> land in said Lot 5 heretofore conveyed to Martin <br /> Hosli by deed recorded in Book 491 of Deeds, <br /> Page 93; thence west along the said northerly line <br /> of said tract of land heretofore conveyed to the <br /> said Martin Hosli to a point distant 884.8 feet <br /> due north of the south line of said Lot 5 and <br /> 945.8 feet due east from the west line of said <br /> Lot 5, thence in a southwesterly direction 936 <br /> , <br /> feet to a point on the south line of said Lot 5 <br /> distant 630 feet east of the southwest corner of <br /> said Lot 5 ; thence west along the south line of <br /> said Lot 5 te the southwest corner thereofj thence <br /> north along the west line of said Lot 5 to the <br /> e <br />
