AND all that part of Government Lot 5, Section 33, Township 30 North, Range 23 West, described as follows: Commencing at a point where the Northerly line of said Lot 5 intersects the Westerly shore of Lake Johanna; thence Southwesterly 50 feet; thence at right angles Southeasterly 100 feet to the shore of Lake Johanna; thence along the shore of Lake Johanna to the point of beginning; according to the Government survey thereof; together with all riparian rights acquired by the recession of Lake Johanna; AND ALSO a strip of ground 15 feet wide bounded on the South by the South line of Lot 27 in Auditor's e Subdivision No. 80, Ramsey County, Minnesota, on the West side by the Westerly line of said Lot 27; and on the East side by the Easterly line of said Lot 27: on the North by a line parallel to and 15 feet North of the South line of said Lot 27 in Auditor's Subdivision No. 80, Ramsey County, Minnesota, being the South 15 feet of said Lot 27; as extended to Lake Johanna, together with all riparian rights acquired by the recession of Lake Johanna; according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said Ramsey County~ This Amended Special Use Permit is issued not only subject to Permittee's compliance with the general conditions and documents mentioned hereinabove, but also subject to all the requirements, provisions and conditions set forth in the Special Use Permits issued to the Permittee on April 12, 1971 (Case No. 70-52) and April 9, 1973 (Case No. 73-10) , except as modified herein; subject to all the requirements and conditions set forth in Ordinance No. 99, the Zoning Ordinance, as amended, including Permittee's obtaining proper Building Permits; and subject to the following Special Conditions: l.
