<br /> t ~__,'i <br />Building Exterior <br />A revised building rendering has also been included in the revised plans. The rendering shows . <br />the buildings as discussed at the June I st meeting, mostly brick with hardy board at the gables <br />and dormers. <br /> I <br />Signage <br />Signage is being proposed to be limited to 30 square feet per unit which would be mounted on <br />the wall sign band. None of this wall signage would be backlit or internally illuminated. Small <br />external lights above the signage would illuminate the signs. In addition, each unit would have a <br />uniform name and address plaque of approximately 1 square foot next to the entrance door. <br />Finally, the applicant has requested that the building with units 26-30 be allowed to have one <br />sign of 60 square feet facing Highway 96 (the north side of the building). An elevation has been <br />included which shows an example of how the 60 square foot sign might look. <br />Use <br />The applicant has agreed that residential and restaurant uses not be allowed in the development. <br />The applicant has also agreed that there will be no retail uses except for incidental/accessory <br />sales. <br />Plan Review of anv chanfles since the June 1 , 2005 meetinfl: <br />A. Zoning - NB regulations call for developments to be reviewed in spirit and intent of the <br /> Planned Unit Development process, . <br />As part of the PUD there are certain things which may not meet some City standards, In the <br />spirit of the PUD process the applicant may offset some of these deviations from City standard <br />by including additional elements.
