The total signage <br /> for this particular building would be 90 square feet which is less than thel50 square feel of total wall signage that <br /> could be there if the building were occupied by 5 separate businesses. <br /> C. Aesthetics/Building Materials - Main building material meets requirement, secondary/trim <br /> materials are not included as permitted exterior materials. <br /> The primary building materials include brick, hardy board, and glass. The trim is a <br /> composite material painted "Manchester Tan".
