If the City Council determines <br /> that the noise level from the mechanical operating equipment is not meeting City <br /> regulations for noise levels; the applicant shall be required to reduce the noise levels from <br /> the mechanical operating equipment. <br /> E. Protective Fencing on the Retaining Wall. Protective fencing shall be erected at the <br /> top of the retaining wall. Fencing may be decorative (wrought iron) or a vinyl coated <br /> chain link style fencing (suggest black, brown, or dark green). <br /> F. Execution of an SUD Amendment Permit. Execution of an SUP Amendment Permit <br /> drafted by the City Attorney and approved by the City Council prior to the issuance of a <br /> Building Permit. <br /> G.
