Who will be responsible for the storm sewer after construction? <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> In Planning Case #05-17 staff recommends approval of the Special Use Permit Amendment for <br /> the Presbyterian Homes, after making a finding that the special use will not have an adverse <br /> impact on the surrounding properties or on the community as a whole; subject to the following <br /> seven (7) conditions: <br /> A. Revised Final Plans.
