Projects requiring the approval of <br /> a wetland replacement plan applieation will generaJly require more time for processing due to the <br /> notieing requirements. Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit wetland delineation reports prior <br /> to applying for a permit Permit application proeessing delays can occur if wetland delineations are not <br /> approved prior to submittal. The foJlowing procedures will befoJlowed by the Rice Creek Watershed <br /> District for all applications involving a wetland replacement plan application. <br /> , . Wetland replacement plan applieations will be reviewed for eompleteness and noticed to the <br /> required ageneies within 10 working days of receipt Applicants will be informed within 10 <br /> working days if the application is not eomplete enough for proeessing. <br /> . The eomment period for the replacement plan application wiJl run for 20 days after mailing of <br /> the notice unless an extension is granted' due to a request by a member of the Technical <br /> Evaluation Panel or the applicant <br /> . After the comment period ends, the Technieal Evaluation Panel recommendations (if any) will <br /> be incorporated into Engineer's Report for the Rice Creek Watershed District permit <br /> application and will be considered at the next applicable Board of Manager's meeting in <br /> aecordance with the dDistrict's permit processing procedures.
