All application materials are due to the <br /> District Office by 4:30 pm. <br /> September 16- Draft Engineer's Report with staff recommendation to the District Board <br /> of Managers faxed to applicants and eonsultants. <br /> September 19 - Revised plans and/or additional information aceepted by District <br /> Engineer (Emmons & Olivier Resources) until 5pm at their office for <br /> Engineer's Reports receiving an incomplete status. <br /> September 23- Final Engineer's Report with staffreeommendation to the District <br /> Board of Managers faxed to applicants and eonsultants. <br /> September 28- Board of Managers Meeting for consideration of all permit applications <br /> that are deemed complete by the Engineer's Report. <br /> Notes: <br /> . Engineer's Report will recommend approval, conditional approval pending <br /> ~ receipt of changes (CAPROC), denial, or will be deemed incomplete. . <br /> Applications deemed incomplete in the final Engineer's Report before the Board <br /> Meeting will not be considered at that meeting. <br /> . For applications with a CAPROC status following the Board Meeting, Applicants <br /> have 90 days to submit the required non-administrative item(s) and six months to <br /> submit the required administrative items. After this time, the application reverts <br /> to a denial and a new application will need to be submitted. <br /> . For applications involving wetland impacts, the above schedule will not apply <br /> because of noticing requirements of the Milll1esota Wetland Conservation Act <br /> (WCA). Any project application involving a WCA wetland replacement plan will <br /> be considered incomplete until the WCA noticing period is eompleted (see <br /> attached page on Wetland Conservation Aet processing). <br /> , . <br />
