A. Recording with Ramsey County. The applicant shall file the Final Plat with the <br /> Ramsey County recorder and shall provide the City with a recorded copy. <br /> B. Compliancc with the City Code. The applicant shall comply with applicable provisions <br /> of the City Code and related ordinanccs. <br /> C. Park Dedication. Satisfaction of thc park dedication rcquirement as approved by the <br /> City Council. <br /> D. Necessary Approvals from Other Agencies. The applicant shall obtain all necessary <br /> permits from the Riee Creek Watershed District, Ramsey County, the State of Minnesota <br /> Departmcnt of Natural Resources and any other governing agencies where applicable. <br /> Options <br /> I.
