CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2006 <br /> 7:00 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY HALL <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chair Sand called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present were Commissioners Clayton Larson, Elizabeth Modesette, Clayton Zimmerman, <br /> Roberta Thompson, David McClung, Ken Bezdicek and Chair David Sand. <br /> Absent: Commissioner Ken Bezdicek. <br /> Also present were Councilmember David Grant, Mayor Beverly Aplikowski, Community <br /> Development Director, Karen Barton, City Planner James Lehnhoff, and Recording <br /> Secretary Kathleen Altman. <br /> A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> . HELD ON JANUARY 4, 2006. <br /> Commissioner McClung requested the following changes: Page 1, change Mayor <br /> Aplikowski to Councilmember Grant as the individual performing the swearing in <br /> ceremony. Page 3, second paragraph, second line, insert "electric" before rates. Page 6, <br /> paragraph 6, lines 4 and 5, should read: "He indicated he was concerned if the City <br /> allowed the applicant to put this in..." <br /> Commissioner Zimmerman moved, seconded by Commissioner Larson to approve the <br /> January 4, 2006 minutes as amended. <br /> The motion carried unanimously (7-0). <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> A. PLANNING CASE #06-001 - DENNIS AND ANN CLARIDGE, 4038 VALENTINE <br /> COURT; MINOR SUBDIVISION <br /> Mr. Lehnoff stated applicants were requesting a Minor Subdivision to subdivide a 2.37 <br /> acre parcel into three residential lots in the R-l Zone, Staff recommended approval based <br /> on the following conditions: <br /> . 1. The applicant shall provide the City with a copy of the right-of-way permit <br /> granted by Ramsey County for Parcel C's access to Old Highway 10 before any <br /> building permits are issued for Parcel C. <br /> I <br /> -- <br />
