These applications require a background check, which will . <br /> be processed upon completion of the Special Use Permit application. In Planning Case #06-008, <br /> Staff recommends approval of the Special Use Permit based on the findings of fact and subject to <br /> the following five conditions: <br /> 1. The special use permit shall not be transferable to other individuals. <br /> 2. Approval of the special use permit shall be contingent upon approval orthe Massage <br /> Therapy Establishment License and Massage Therapy License. <br /> 3 The applicant shall comply with Ordinance No. 356 of the Arden Hills City Code <br /> regarding Massage Therapy Establishments and Massage Therapists. <br /> 4. The applicant shall comply with Section 6.B.3.c.(1) of the Zoning Ordinance that <br /> regulates Class II Home Occupations. <br /> 5. Any changes to the structure shall require review and approval from the Building <br /> Official. <br /> Options <br /> 1. Recommend approval as submitted. <br /> 2.
