She noted where the garage was located was the only option <br /> the applicant had and she believed the design of the development fit into the <br /> neighborhood, She indicated she has spoken with the neighbors and none of them had <br /> any cone ems with the proposal. Mr. <br /> Westlund responded the home had a 16 x 20 basement, which was insufficient storage, <br /> He stated he would not be living in the home, but he believed the area above the garage <br /> could be used for storage, office, craft room, etc. <br /> Commissioner Larson asked if the space above the garage could be used as an office, <br /> Mr. Lehnhoffresponded he did not believe there was any reason why the space could not <br /> be used as an office, but he would check into this, <br /> Chair Sand noted there would not be any plumbing to the garage, so the space could not <br /> be used as living space, but an office or storage would not be considered living space, <br /> .
