<br /> Mr. Lehnhoff stated the applicant was requesting a variance to construct an addition to
<br /> the dwelling that encroaches on the southern side yard sethack. The applicant is also
<br /> requesting a variance to construct an addition to the accessory structure that encroaches
<br /> on the southern side yard setback and is entirely within the front yard setback, The
<br /> variances arc not contingent upon each other and can be reviewed separately or together.
<br /> He presented his analysis and indicated should the Planning Commission wish to make
<br /> separate recommendations for approval or denial, the recommerded conditions have been
<br /> separated into Planning Case No, 06-006a for the principahst{llcture variance and
<br /> Planning Case No, 06-006b for the accessory structure varians~,ii'iiilr Planning Case No,
<br /> 06-006a, staff recommends approval of the variance to corstmR~;aJl addition to the

<br /> included the expanded driveway, Mr. Lehnoff responded it did include the expanded
