While we believe this Master Plan
accurately depicts our planned development, we likewise are
convinced that master planning is a process that needs to reflect I
the ever changing environment we operate in today. We believe this
Master Plan will serve us well for the next 5 to 10 years as we
complete the development of our campus. However, we also
anticipate that needs, and therefore facilities, will change and I
ultimate development will need to be reflective of these changes.

Obviously, we will bring any changes to this Master Plan to the 1
city for approval as they arise.

I am enclosing two (2) copies of the support material, ten (10)
color copies of the West Gate sketch, ten (10) copies of the larger 1
scale Master Plan, and ten (10) copies of the smaller scale color
Master Plan. I am also enclosing color overheads of both the West
Gate sketch and the smaller scale color Master Plan. 1

The support material includes a narrative of the proposed
facilities, land development area analysis, parking lot capacities I
and analysis, a picture of the concept model for our proposed
Campus Center, and a conceptual sketch of the proposed West
Entrance Gate.

I

3900 Bethel Drive.
