<br /> I <br /> I CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> " STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97-04 <br /> I RESOLUTION FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS BY <br /> TELEPHONIC INSTRUCTIONS <br /> I WHEREAS, the First Bank St. Paul, N.A. is the depository in which funds of the City of Arden <br /> Hills may be deposited, and a corporate resolution with respect thereto is presently in effect <br /> I authorizing the deposit and withdrawal of funds; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills desires to add to and supplement said corporate resolution <br /> I with the following resolution: <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> I Minnesota: <br /> 1. That anyone of the following persons: <br /> Terrance R. Post, Treasurer <br /> I Brian Fritsinger, City Administrator <br /> is authorized on behalf of this corporation to give instructions by telephone to the FIRST BANK <br /> Ie ST PAUL, N.A., to transfer funds on deposit with the bank: <br /> to other accounts of this corporation with the bank; or <br /> a. <br /> I b. to other accounts of this corporation with other banks. <br /> I 2. The bank is authorized to act on such telephonic instructions received by it from anyone <br /> who represents himself to be any of the above-named persons whether or not his voice <br /> resembles the voice of such person. <br /> I 3.
