For <br /> 1997, both the Focus News and Lillie Suburban Newspapers (Shoreview-Arden Hills <br /> I Bulletin) have requested to be considered as the official newspaper for Arden Hills. <br /> Legal publication rates are as follows: <br /> I Focus News - $6.60 per column inch <br /> I Shoreview-Arden Hills Bulletin $3.99 per column inch <br /> .. I met with representatives of each firm during December, 1996 to discuss our relationship <br /> and the services each newspaper could provide.
