Approval of City Appointments I The Council is asked to approve the appointments ofthe various City Consultants. b. ADpointment of Acting Mayor. Susan Keirn I The Council is asked to approve the appointment of Council member Keim as Acting Mayor for 1997. c. ADDointment of Council Committee Liaisons for 1997 I The Council is asked to approve the appointment of the Council Liaisons for the various committees for 1997. I d. Approval of Planning Commission A{)\}ointments The Council may wish to appoint the members of the Planning Commission and I discuss the two vacancies which exist on the Commission. e. Approval of 1997 Fees I The Council is asked to approve the 1997 Fee Schedule. f. 1997 Pay Plan (Emvloyee Insurance - Maximum City Contribution) .. The Council may wish to take further action on the monthly maximum City contribution for the non-union employees. I g. Planning Cases #96-23. 26 and 21 The City Council should consider action on the various Planning cases as I recommended by the Planning Commission. Community Development Director Ringwald has provided a memorandum updating the Council on each of these cases. I h. Cardiac Pacemakers Loan Agreement The Council is asked to approve the loan agreement with Cardiac I Pacemakers/Guidant. This agreement is part of the $300,000 loan/grant awarded to CPI/Guidant from DTED. I. Ma Ma D's On-Sale Wine License Application I The City Council is asked to consider the approval of an On-Sale Wine and Malt I Liquor License for 1997 for Ma Ma D's Restaurant. j. Purchase of Street SweeDer I The City Council is asked to authorize the purchase of a new street sweeper as budgeted in the 1997 Budget. .. I
