In response to the site plan review comments <br /> prepared by Greg Stonehouse, PE of MSA Consulting Engineers we have made the following changes to <br />I the drawings. The following revisions are in the same order as Mr. Stonehouse's letter to you. <br /> The plans have been signed by Derek Young, Registered Landscape Architect and myself, a <br /> . <br />.. Registered Architect. <br /> . Handicapped parking spots are shown at both levels of the structure. <br /> . There will not be any exterior trash storage and there have not been any plan changes due to this item. <br /> . The requested spot elevations have been provided. <br />I . A defmed crown has been added to the driveway to improve the drainage pattern. <br /> . Two catch basins have been added in the driveway to the north of the north parking lot to further direct <br /> drainage. <br />1 . Any requirements by the Rice Creek Watershed district will be addressed. <br /> . Ditch elevations are shown on the certified survey by Kurth Engineering and on the drainage plan. <br /> . A retaining wall is noted on the west and south sides of the north parking lot. <br />I Please let me know if you require any additional information prior to the City Council Meeting December <br /> 30, 1996.
