<br /> I <br /> .-- <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS I <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY .. <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97-47 I <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF THE CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE I <br /> FOURTEENTH STREET NE ROAD AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to City Resolution, competitive bids were solicited and received for the I <br /> Fourteenth Street NE Road and Utility project as set forth in the bid tabulation attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the amount of the bids and the responsibility of the I <br /> bidders and determined that Lametti and Sons, is the lowest responsible bidder. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF I <br /> ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: I <br /> 1. The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of <br /> the City, such contract with Lametti and Sons, as is approved by the City Attorney for the ~ <br /> completion of the Fourteenth Street NE Road and Utility Improvement Project according <br /> to the approved plans and specifications designated by City Resolution. <br /> 2.
