Progress Update I <br /> As of Friday, October 10, 1997, the City had not yet received a number of <br /> the items rclated to the conditions identificd as part of Planning Case #97- <br /> 06. Community Development Director Ringwald will be present at the I <br /> mceting to update thc City Council on the status of thcsc thirty-two (32) <br /> outstanding conditions. <br /> 2, Park Dedication, Welsh I <br /> The City Council is askcd to approve the park dcdication often pcrcent I <br /> (10%), which includes the dcdication of a twenty foot (20') wide trail <br /> easement and $50,789.69 cash in licu, or the easement and the <br /> construction of a ten foot (10') widc trail. These rcvised figures are based I <br /> on the conversation hcld with thc City Council on September 29, 1997. <br /> 3, Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Update I <br /> The City Council is asked to considcr the request of Welsh Developmcnt <br /> Company for an additional $250,000 in TIF assistance.
