Award Construction Contract The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #97-47, accepting bid and . authorizing execution of the contract in the matter of the Fourteenth Street NE Road and Utility Improvement Project. Series 1997A Thc City Council is asked to adopt Rcsolution #97-48, providing for thc sale of$3,050,000 in Gencral Obligation Tax Incremcnt Bonds, Series I 1997 A. The adoption of this resolution is critical as to thc City's ability to finance the nccessary public improvements related to the GBD project. The adoption of this resolution should be subject to final execution of the Developers Agrecment, and Welsh Company obtaining fce title to thc various propertics required for buildings II, III and IV. . b, Authorization for Abatement. 1369 Forest Lane The City Council is asked to approve the abatcment on 1369 Forest Lane, and . direct the City Attorney and Building Official to undertakc all necessary actions related to this abatement. This home was damaged by fire carlicr this summer. The City has attcmpted to gct the property cleaned up with no success.
