The City Attorney is currently <br /> evaluating additional language addressing the start date, and the City's <br /> I financial risk. It is also possible for a Change ordcr to be prepared for <br /> Tucsday related to the clearing and grubbing of the site. We are <br /> attempting to obtain a copy of the bid tabulation from Howard R. <br /> Ie Grecn/MSA to prcscnt at the mccting. <br /> 5, Res, #97-48. Providing for the Sale of $3.050.000 General Obligation <br /> I Tax Increment Bonds. Series 1997A <br /> Thc City Council is asked to adopt Rcsolution #97-48, providing for thc <br /> sale of$3,050,000 in Gencral Obligation Tax Incremcnt Bonds, Series <br /> I 1997 A. The adoption of this resolution is critical as to thc City's ability to <br /> finance the nccessary public improvements related to the GBD project. <br /> Thc two kcy components for the use of these funds arc thc street and <br /> . utility improvemcnts of Fourteenth Street, and the <br /> rcconfiguration/signalization of the highway 96/Round Lake Road <br /> . interscction. The adoption of this resolution should be subject to final <br /> execution of the Developers Agrecment, and Welsh Company obtaining <br /> fce title to thc various propertics required for buildings II, III and IV. <br /> . b, Authorization for Abatement. 1369 Forest Lane <br /> The City Council is asked to approve the abatcment on 1369 Forest Lane, and <br /> . direct the City Attorney and Building Official to undertakc all necessary actions <br /> related to this abatement. This home was damaged by fire carlicr this summer. <br /> The City has attcmpted to gct the property cleaned up with no success.
