<br />-------------- ----------------- <br /> ..- <br /> . <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS I <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA -. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97-49 <br />RESOLUTION CONCURRING WITH RAMSEY COUNTY TO ESTABLISH . <br />COUNTY ROAD F AS A COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY <br />WHEREAS, the 1991 Minnesota Legislature established a Ramsey County Local Government I <br />Services Study Commission to "report on the advantages and disadvantages of sharing, <br />cooperating, restructuring, or consolidating..." activities in areas of public service including I <br />public works; and <br />WHEREAS, the consolidation plan provides for reclassification ofroadways and corresponding I <br />changes in jurisdiction including the transfer oflocal and State Aid roadways between the <br />County and municipalities; and <br />WHEREAS, Establishment of "County State Aid Highway" status may be accomplished by I <br />resolution of the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />162.02; and . <br />WHEREAS, The County Board of the County of Ramsey did adopt Resolution 97-243 on June <br />24, 1997, locating, establishing, designating and numbering CSAH 12 (County Road F) from .. <br />Hanl1ine Avenue to Lexington Avenue as part of the County State Aid Highway system of <br />Ramsey County; and <br />WHEREAS, Said resolution locates and establishes the subject County State Aid Highway . <br />within the corporate limits of the City of Arden Hills. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, . <br />Minnesota, that the resolution adopted by the County Board, a copy of which is attached hereto I <br />and made part thereof, locating and establishing the above County State Aid Highway within the <br />City limits is in all things approved. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS I <br />14TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1997. <br /> I <br /> DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR I <br />ATTEST: <br /> I <br />BRIAN FRITSINGER, CITY ADMINISTRATOR .. <br /> I <br />
