Approval of Minutes <br />I The Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the January 2, 1997 Regular Council <br /> meeting, and the January 7, 1997 Special Council Meeting. <br />I 2. Consent Calendar <br /> a. Claims and Payroll <br /> The Council is asked to approve claims in the amount of$231,710.35, and payroll <br />I for the period most recently ended. The Council should note payment to Met <br /> COLmcil Environmental Services in the amount of $48,322 for January sewer <br />Ie charges; Lake Johanna Fire Department in the amount of$80,500 for the first <br /> half-year services; and Ramsey County in the amount of$49,309 for January law <br /> enforcement. <br />I b, Street Sweeper Equipment Options <br /> As a result of additional conversations with the manufacturer, the Council is asked <br />I to approve an additional $801.00 in factory options as part of the 1997 sweeper <br /> purchase, <br />I 3. Unfinished and New Business <br /> a. City Code. Review Chapters 4 & 5 <br />I The City Council is asked to review and provide feedback regarding Chapters 4 <br /> and 5 of the recodified Arden Hills Code. Chapter 4 includes animals and pets, <br /> and Chapter 5 includes alcoholic beverages. Chapter 3 will be presented to the <br />I City Council at a later date, The LMC has not provided any other revised <br /> chapters back to the City. <br />I b. Ehlers and Associates. Inc.. Agreement for Professional Services <br /> The City Council is asked to authorize staffto enter into agreement with Ehlers <br />I and Associates, Inc. to provide a review of the Cottage Villas TIF Agreement <br /> and District. This program would be to assist with the reporting requirements <br />it contained within the agreement and compliance issues mandated by the State of <br /> Minnesota. <br />I <br />
