<br />I <br /> City of Arden Hills Chapter 5 Alcoholic Beverages <br />I <br />I- refl:lsB:I of any license under the provisions of this Section. The granting of on-sale and off- <br /> sale liquor licenses shall be discretionary with the council. No off-sale liquor license shall <br />I become effective until it, together with the b6nd proof of insurance furnished by the <br />I applicant, has been approved by the liquor control commissioner. <br />I Subd. 10 Subject to Law. Every license issued under the provisions of this Section shall <br />I be granted subject to the provisions of this Chapter and of any other applicable provision <br />I of this Code or ordinance of the City or State law. <br /> ", <br />I Subd. 11 Notice to State. The City Administrator shall, within ten (10) days after the <br />.. issuance of any "on sale" license under this Section, submit to the liquor control <br />I commissioner the full name and address of each person granted a license, the trade name, <br /> the effective license date, and the date of expiration of the license. He or she shall also <br />I submit to the liquor control commissioner any change of address, transfer, cancellation or <br />I revocation of any "on sale" or "off sale" license by the Council during the license period. <br />I Subd. 12 Duration. All licenses issued under the provisions of this Section shall expire on <br />I the last day of December of each year. Each license shall be issued for a period of one year, <br /> but if a portion of the license year has elapsed when the application is made a license may <br />I be issued for the remainder of the year for a pro rata fee.
