<br /> ----- <br />City of Arden Hills Chapter 5 Alcoholic Beverages I <br /> I <br />Subd. 13 Renewals. Applications for renewal of an existing license issued under the -. <br />provisions of this Chapter shall be filed with the City Administrator on or before November <br />first of the year preceding the year which is the subject of the license. I <br /> I <br />Subd. 14 Transfer. <br /> I <br />A. Each license shall be issued to the applicant only. Each license shall be issued I <br />only for the premises described in the application. No license may be transferred to I <br />"- <br />another person or to another place without the approval of the City Council. <br />Application for transfer shall be made in writing to the City Administrator and shall I <br />be accompanied by certified check or money order in the amount Bf Bile hlI11llred .. <br />d51hm ($100.00) payable to the City treasurer, whieft in the amount ~ fixed from <br />time to time by the Council as the transfer fee. The council shall make or cause to I <br />be made an investigation as it deems appropriate regarding the transferee or the I <br />proposed location. This provision shall also apply in the event of application by a I <br />corporate licensee for transfer of stock in the corporation, provided that no transfer <br />fee shall be charged if the transfer is the first within the period of the license or the I <br />stock sought to be transferred does not constitute fifty (50) percent or more of the I <br />outstanding common stock of the corporation. It is hereby made the duty of the <br />officers of any corporation holding such a license to notify the Council of any I <br />proposed sale or transfer of any stock in the corporation. The transfer of any such I <br />stock without the knowledge and consent of the Council shall be deemed sufficient .. <br /> 5 - 18 1 <br />
