Non-refundable. No investigation fee shall be refunded to the applicant. . <br /> Subd. 6 License Fees and Duration. Business License. The annual fee for a business license shall be such fee as is -- <br /> established from time to time in a resolution adopted by the Council. I <br /> B < Personal Service License. The annual fee for a masseur or masseuse license shall be I <br /> such fee as is established from time to time in a resolution adopted by the Council. I <br /> C. Refundable. Upon denial of an application for a license, the City shall promptly refund - <br /> to the applicant the amount paid. No other refunds shall be made. . <br /> D. License Year. Any license issued under this Subsection shall be effective for the - <br /> calendar year and shall thus expire on December 31 of each year unless previously I <br /> revoked < -- <br /> 3 - 49 I <br />
