The licenses required under this Subsection shall be valid <br /> . for the calendar year only. Accordingly, application must be made each year for a new <br /> I license for the ensuing calendar year. <br /> I B. Manner and Type of Application. A licensee seeking to renew a business or personal <br /> I service license issued hereunder shall make application in the manner and with the type <br /> of application relating to original applications. <br /> I <br /> Ie C. Time of Renewal Application. Applications for a license renewal must be submitted <br /> I to the Administrator at least sixty (60) days in advance of license expiration. <br /> I Subd. 8 Licensing Prohibited. <br /> I <br /> A. Business License. No business license for the operation of a sauna, rap or massage <br /> I parlor shall be issued to an applicant where anyone or more of the following <br /> I circumstances, which are readily ascertainable by the Administrator, exists: <br /> I 1. Zoning District.
