<br /> . . <br /> City of Arden Hills Chapter 3 Licenses and Regulations <br /> .e B. Appeal by Aggrieved Applicant. In the event an applicant has been advised by the <br /> . <br /> Administrator, that his or her application has been denied, he or she shall have ten (10) <br /> . days to appeal the denial to the City Council. In the event he or she does not timely file <br /> . his or her notice of appeal with the Administrator by the end of the 10-day period, he or <br /> . she shall no longer be entitled to appeal; and his or her appeal right shall be considered <br /> waived. <br /> . <br /> . C. Council Procedure. When a notice of appeal has been properly and timely filed with <br /> the Administrator, the City Council shall consider the aggrieved applicant's appeal at a <br /> . Council meeting within the next thirty (30) days of the date of the notice's filing. The <br /> .e purpose of the hearing shall be limited to the question of whether the Administrator had <br /> . sufficient grounds to deny the application. Based upon the facts adduced at the hearing, <br /> the Council shall either affirm the decision of the Administrator denying the license <br /> . application or remand to the Administrator for further investigation and report back to the <br /> . City Council within no more than forty-five (45) days from the date of the Council <br /> meeting in the case of an application for a business license and thirty (30) days in the case <br /> . of an application for a personal service license. <br /> . <br /> Subd. 10 Granting of Licenses. <br /> . <br /> .
