The <br /> Administrator shall cause to be published in the official newspaper of the City at least . <br /> thirty (30) days but not more than forty-five (45) days prior to the date of the public I <br /> hearing a notice describing the nature of the business proposing to be licensed and its <br /> location and setting forth the date, time, place and purpose of the hearing. . <br /> . <br /> In addition, the Administrator shall mail a similar notice at least fifteen (15) days <br /> prior to the date of the public hearing to each owner of property located within five . <br /> hundred (500) feet of the premises which are the subject of the application.
