Reason. Any license granted under this Subsection may be subsequently revoked or <br /> I suspended, or not renewed by the City Council upon its finding that the licensee or its <br /> owners, partners, managers, employees, agents or any of its interested parties have <br /> I engaged in any of the following items of conduct: <br /> .. <br /> 1. Violation of any of the requirements of this Chapter; <br /> I <br /> . 2. Fraud, deception or misrepresentation in connection with securing the license; <br /> I 3. Habitual drunkenness or intemperance in the use of controlled substances under <br /> I State or Federal law. <br /> I 4. Conduct adverse to the interest of the public health, safety, morals or welfare; <br /> I <br /> ~ 5. Failure fully to comply with any of the requirements of any ordinance, rule, <br /> regulation, law or statute of the City, or the United States Government; <br /> I 3 - 65 <br />
