The licensee may appeal such suspension, revocation or non-renewal to the <br /> City Council. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Council may affirm the suspension, .. <br /> revocation or non-renewal of the license; reinstate or renew the license; or impose a <br /> reissuance of the license upon such additional terms, conditions and stipulations which the . <br /> Council may, in its sole discretion, impose. Whoever does any acts forbidden by this Subsection or omits . <br /> or fails to do any acts required by this Subsection shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and every . <br /> person who commits or attempts to commit, conspires to commit or aids and abets in the <br /> commission of any act constituting a violation of this Subsection or any act, which constitutes . <br /> an omission and therefore a violation of this Subsection whether individually or in connection ~ <br /> with one or more persons or as principal, agent or accessory, shall be guilty of such offense <br /> 3 - 66 <br /> . <br />
