Each day that a <br /> I violation exists shall constitut~ a separate and distinct offense. <br /> I <br /> I 330.04 Taxicabs. <br /> I <br /> Subd. 1 Definitions. For the purposes of this Subsection, the following words and phrases <br /> I shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them: <br /> .. <br /> I Doing business: "Doing Business" shall mean when the operator of a taxicab: <br /> I A. Maintains a garage, office or place of business in the City, or <br /> I <br /> B. Regularly receives calls at any location in the City for the dispatch of his or her <br /> I taxicabs. <br /> I <br /> I Operator. "Operator" shall mean any person owning or having control of the use of one or <br /> more taxicabs. <br /> I <br /> ~ Taxicab.
