Access to Arden Manor Mobile Home Park <br /> Planning . <br /> Transportation Access to this area is provided off CSAH 96 at the intersection located <br /> Engineering approximately 150 m east of the ramp intersection with 1-35W. This intersection will <br /> l'rban Design also provide access to the frontage roads to the south to serve the industrial area and to .. <br /> connect to the east frontage road now located closer to the intersection ofTH 10. This <br /> Thresher Square access point will also serve to connect a new street within Arden Manor. The center <br /> 700 Third Stn:et So. island design between this new intersection and the ramp terminal intersection has been <br /> \-flnneapolis, laid out to provide a second left turn lane in the future and the right turn lane from the I <br /> M1':S5..j,15 west has been designed to accommodate trucks entering and leaving the south frontage <br /> 612/370.0700 road. <br /> Fax 612/370-1378 . <br /> 2. Future Right of Way Designation <br /> Denver <br /> !v1i\waukee It was suggested that a right of way dimension be added to the layout in the I <br /> Minneapolis vicinity of Arden Manor to show the limits of construction and the need for snow storage <br /> Newark and signing along the CSAH 96 roadway. This has been added to the drawing and will <br /> Orlando be sent out to those in attendance. I <br /> Phoenix <br /> Portland 3. CSAH 96 Interchange Design <br /> San Diego I <br /> Seattle The current layout reviewed at this meeting contains a standard diamond <br /> interchange with double left turn lanes provided on the bridge over 1-35W to <br /> accommodate the heavy traffic mO\'ement from westbound CSAH 96 to southbound I- . <br /> 35 W in the am peak hour. After some discussion it was decided to also layout a single <br /> point interchange due to the close proximity of intersections in the standard diamond <br /> configuration. . <br /> -- <br /> . <br />
