This section was reviewed and will be incorporated into the tinal design of <br /> Segment One. <br /> I 5. Noise Wall along CSAH 96 <br /> The issue of providing a noise wall along the north side ofCSAH 96 adjacent to <br /> I the Arden Manor site was discussed. Additional right of way would be needed to <br /> accommodate the space occupied by the wall section and clearance on both sides. This <br /> issue \vill be considered at a separate meeting to be scheduled by the City and County <br /> I staff. <br /> 6 Benefits of Major Issues <br /> I Each of the major issues previously discussed and the corresponding benefit are <br /> listed as follo\\s: <br /> a. Access to Adjacent Properties Along CSAH 96 <br /> . The preliminary layout has positioned the access point east of the ramp from <br /> northbound 1-35\V to serve the current properties to the north and south sides, with the <br /> intent of also ser.ing any future developments in these two locations. <br /> I b. Future Right of Way <br /> Ie The right of way limits shown as future on the layout will serve the existing <br /> properties as well as future land use for the adjacent properties to CSAH 96. <br /> . c. CSAH 96 Interchange <br /> Consideration of a single point versus the standard diamond originally proposed <br /> I will be a benefit to traffic operations in the interchange area and the immediate section of <br /> CSAH 96 to the east ofI-35\V.
