<br /> I ' , <br /> City of Arden Hills Chapter 3 Licenses and Regulations <br /> ~. provided, shall be made by the chief of police or by some other officer designated by the mayor. <br /> I <br /> I 300.09 Duty of Licensees. Whenever inspections of the premises used for or in connection with <br /> I the operation of a licensed business or occupation are provided for or required by provisions of <br /> I this division, article or Chapter, or are reasonably necessary to secure compliance with any such <br /> provision or to detect violations thereof, it shall be the duty of the licensee, or the person in <br /> I charge of the premises to be inspected, to admit to the premise for the purpose of making such <br /> . inspection, any officer or employee of the City who is authorized or directed to make such <br /> inspection at any reasonable time that admission is requested. Whenever an analysis of any <br /> I commodity or material is reasonably necessary to secure conformance with any provision of this <br /> .. Code or to detect violations thereof, it shall be the duty of any licensee whose business is <br /> I governed by such provision to give to any authorized officer or employee of the municipality <br /> requesting the same sufficient samples of such material or commodity for such analysis upon <br /> I request. <br /> I <br /> 300.10 Expiration. Unless otherwise provided by this Code, all annual licenses or annual permit <br /> . fees shall expire on the thirty-first day of December of each year. <br /> I <br /> I 300.11 Change of Locations of Premises. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this <br /> Code, the location of any licensed business, occupation, or activity may be changed, provided ten <br /> I (10) days' notice of the change is given to the Administrator, and provided that the building, <br /> ~ zoning and frontage requirements of this Code are complied with at the new location. <br /> I 3-4 <br /> ---- <br /> --- - -- <br />
