Again, ADT has never <br /> followed up with exact costs since meeting with them in early December. <br /> The proposal from Honeywell to furnish and install a security system at both water towers and <br /> the booster station would cost the City of Arden Hil!s $1,995, plus $125 per month, for the lease <br /> of the equipment and monitoring. <br /> The proposal from Electro-Watchman to furnish and install a security system at both towers and <br /> the booster station would cost the City of Arden Hills $650, plus $61 per month for the lease of <br /> equipment and monitoring. Both proposals protect the following: <br /> North Water Tower - I standard entry door <br /> South Water Tower - I standard entry door and I garage type overhead door <br /> Booster Station - 2 double access doors and 2 large roof skylights <br /> Recommendation <br /> Due to the ease of access of each facility and the amount of damage which could be done to <br /> equipment and the water supply, the Public Works Superintendent recommends the City Council <br /> approve upgrading the water supply security which was proposed by Electro- Watchman, and to <br /> upgrade the door locks to a flush mount style dead bolt system. e <br /> Enclosure <br /> - <br /> - <br /> - <br /> -- <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> . <br /> I <br /> .. <br /> . <br />
