The Business Relations Committee will be holding its second <br /> business luncheon on Thursday, February 27, 1997 at 12:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn on <br /> County Road E. The cost of the luncheon is $10.00, if any of the Council wishes to <br /> attend. <br /> 2. Gateway Business District. The Staff has been working with Welsh Companies on <br /> Phase II of their Arden Hills Interstate. Currently, Staff anticipates that Welsh <br /> Companies will submit their plans for site plan approval in early March for the April 2, <br /> 1997 Planning Commission meeting. The applicant has taken the direction the City <br /> Council previously provided to them for Phases II and III and has modified their site plan <br /> and are in the process of modifYing their building exterior. The Staff will have the <br /> concept for Phases II and III at the City Council meeting and would appreciate a second <br /> of the Council's time after the meeting to discuss the modifications. <br /> Animal Control <br /> 1.
