The Scott property at 4286 Norma Avenue has a small portion of its frontage <br /> receiving reclamation improvement; however, it was determined by staff and <br /> engineering to assess only the overlay across the entire frontage of the parcel as <br /> I the perceived benefit may cause potential appeal concerns. <br /> 3) The Paul property at 1511 Dawn Circle is a corner lot that was benefitted by the <br /> I 1993 overlay improvements. The assessment was determined using the corner <br /> lot method which yields an assessable frontage of 144.28. This results in a <br /> proposed assessment of $717.07, of which $419.73 would be credited back from <br /> I the 1993 assessment. <br /> Terry Maurer and I will be present at the March 17, 1997 Council work session to <br /> I discuss this memo and its attachments. As you are aware, I will not be present at the <br /> March 31 assessment hearing; however, Terry Maurer will stand in for me. We ask that <br /> I you assist us by raising any concerns related to that hearing at the work session on <br /> Monday.
