The Arden Hills spring clean up day will be held on <br /> Saturday, May 3,1997 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Shoreview Community Center. <br />I The bulk mailing of the clean up day brochures will occur the first week in April. <br /> 2. 1997 Waste Management Service Charge. The City has received a letter from the <br />- Ramsey County, Division of Solid Waste which informs commercial property tax payers <br />.- that the Waste Management Service Charge (WMSC) on the 1997 tax bills is going to <br />- increase due to reduced tipping fees being collected at the Ramsey/Washington County <br /> Resource Recovery Facility in Newport (Exhibit A). <br />- <br />.. <br />I Miscellaneous <br /> 1. I-35W Corridor Coalition. PlanSight has been working with Staff on putting together <br /> the base GIS information as was previously approved by the City Council and <br />.. recommended by the Coalition. It is anticipated that this information will be completed <br /> within two months. <br />.
