Approval of Minutes <br /> The Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the March 10, 1997 Regular Council <br /> meeting and the March 17, 1997 Council Worksession. <br /> Ie 2. Public Hearing - 1997 Street Improvemcnt Project <br /> a. Resolution #97-13. Establishinl:' the 1997 Street Improvements Assessment <br /> I Rates <br /> The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #97-13, Establishing the 1997 <br /> I Street Improvement Assessment Rates. This resolution details the rates to be <br /> established for reconstruction, reclamation and overlay projects for the 1997 <br /> calendar year. <br /> . b. Resolution #97-14. Adopting Final Asscssmcnt Roll <br /> The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #97-14, Adopting Final <br /> I Assessment Roll. This resolution adopts the assessment roll for those properties <br /> with an assessment less than $3,500. These assessments will be spread over five <br /> (5) years with an interest rate of eight percent (8%). This is consistent with <br /> I previous years' actions. <br /> c. Resolution #97-15. Ad01;,Jtinf: Final Assessment Roll <br /> . The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #97-15, Adopting Final <br /> Assessment Roll. This resolution adopts the assessment roll for those properties <br /> . with an assessment equal to or greater than $3,500.
