Under this scenario, I would position one building with office frontage on the I new proposed road with warehouse and docking in the rear. The second building would have office frontage on the lake side with warehouse and docking in the rear. All truck traffic would be I directed onto a private drive on what is now 14th Street. All office traffic could be directed onto the new proposed road next to the .- railroad tracks. I have enclosed an example of how this layout might work. This example is for concept discussion only.
