While I am <br /> encouraged that the City is taking an active role in trying to straighten <br /> Ie out some of the irregular shaped pieces of property, the proposal that is <br /> on the tabie is not in my best interest. Some of my concerns are as <br /> follows: <br /> . 1. It seems rather obvious that the market. at the present time, is <br /> for office/warehouse. Due to the road configuration, as proposed <br /> I by Welsh, it seems rather apparent that the piece that I would be <br /> receiving would be that of an office type layout. <br /> I 2. While I did have a rather strange configuration of land prior to <br /> the trade, I'm not sure that the new configuration is 011 that much <br /> better. <br /> , 3. The lake frontage has value even under office/warehouse type <br /> I use. This was confirmed by the tenants request for office on the <br /> lake side of Welsh's first building. The new proposed layout of <br /> building number 3, has the majority of the parking next to the lake. <br /> I It is obvious that their intention is to put the office portion of the third <br /> building next to the lake.
