City Issues - Short Term <br />I a. Lake .Johanna Fire Contract <br /> With the Fire Services contract expiring at the end of 1998, the City Council may <br /> wish to discuss procedurally how it desires to approach this issue. <br />I b. Marketing Brochure <br /> The Council may wish to discuss the suggestions made by the graphics person <br />.. who reviewed the marketing brochure. This individual has prepared three options <br /> for further Council consideration. <br />I 2. City Issues - Lon!! Term <br /> a. 1997 CouncillDepartment Head Retreat Follow Up <br />I The City Council and Department Heads agreed at the Retreat that it would <br /> discuss some follow up as a result of the Retreat. <br />I <br />I b. Gateway Business District <br /> Mr. Ringwald may have some additional information on the proposed project by <br /> Welsh Development which needs to be discussed. <br />I 3. Miscellaneous <br />I a. ISTEA Grant Application <br /> Ms. Walsh would like to give a brief update on the status ofISTEA Funding <br /> opportunities. <br />I b. Televised Portions of Sewer Lines <br />~ Mr. Stafford would like to briefly review some of the results of the recent <br /> televising of sanitary sewer lines. <br />I <br />
