The B-4 Zone encompasses those <br /> properties immediately adjacent to Dunlap Street North between Red Fox Road and Grey <br /> Fox Road (Attachment 3B-2). <br /> Section 5.D.9 states that the purpose of the B-4: Retail Center District is: <br /> a. To meet retail shopping needs of the surrounding community by providing a <br /> district that will accommodate a wide range of retail goods and services. <br /> b.
