Approval of Minutes I The Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the May 27,1997 Regular Council meeting. I 2. Consent Calendar a. Claims and Pavroll I The Council is asked to approve claims in the amount of $126,786.36, and payroll for the period most recently ended. The Council should note payment to .. Metropolitan Council Environmental Services in the amount of $48,322 for June sewer charges, and to Ramsey County in the amount of $49,309 for June law enforcement. I b. Resolution #97-30. Resolution Approving Local Performance Aid (LPA) The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #97-30, approving Local I Perfonnance Aid for 1998. The State requires that the resolution and associated paperwork be submitted by June 30, 1997 in order to be eligible for these funds in 1998. I c. SanitarY Sewer. Authorization for Engineerinv Report and Recommendations I The City Council is asked to authorize the preparation of a report addressing the repair of the portion of the sanitary sewer system which was recently televised. I The cost for this report is $3,000, and will be prepared by Howard R. GreenlMSA. d. Business License. Natale's Carre. Inc.. 3673 North Lexington Avenue I The City Council is asked to approve a retail cigarette license at Natalie's Caffe. 3. Unfinished and New Business I a. Resolution #97-31. Ouad Ice Arena. Master Agreement Amendment The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #97-31, approving an amendment i' to the Master Agreement with the Minnesota Amateur Sports Commission (MASC) for the construction and operation of a four-sheet ice arena, I
