The City Council is asked to <br /> adopt the Safety Manual and Policies included. I <br /> c. Purchase ofBIacktop Rollerrrrailer <br /> The City Council is asked to authorize the purchase of a blacktop roller and trailer I <br /> in the amount of$15,595.86. The City had originally budgeted $24,000 in 1997 <br /> for the acquisition of this equipment.
