To review accidents both personal and automotive each month and make I <br /> suggestions to management regarding corrective or possible disciplinary action. <br /> 4. To obtain safety films and aids for safety meetings for employees. I <br /> 5. To organize departmental participation in first aid courses. <br /> 6. To obtain information of new and updated safety standards. I <br /> E. Safety Coordinator: I <br /> l. Initiate and maintain a safety program that is effective enough to assure each <br /> employee safe and healthful working conditions. . <br /> 2. To hold periodic inspections of city departments to monitor compliance with <br /> safety standards. tJ <br /> 3. To be informed of OSHA regulations and to work for compliance of the <br /> regulations. I <br /> 4. To ensure active participation of department heads, supervisors, and employees in I <br /> the maintenance of an effective safety program. <br /> 5. Assist the City Safety Committee as chairperson. Review all work-related accidents involving city employees and/or city <br /> property. I <br /> B.
