Equipment shall be used only for jobs for which it is designed. <br /> I e. Defective tools and equipment shall not be used. <br /> I f. Defective motorized and electrical equipment shall be immediately tagged <br /> "Out of Order". (Out of Order tags shall be readily available.) <br /> Ie g. Repair work on any motorized or electrical equipment shall be done only <br /> after machine has been "locked out" (made incapable of being started) and <br /> .
